Yes, if you make an appointment in advance.

Can I purchase "morph" for overseas airports?

"morph" is used in all airports throughout Japan.
As it has obtained CE and UKCA certifications, it can be sold to airports not only in Asia but also in the EU and UK. (Excluding North America and Canada)

Can you tell me the process from manufacturing to delivery of sports wheelchairs? Also, how can measurements be taken if I am far away?

The order process is as follows: Meeting/Measurement → Quotation Issuance → Advance Payment* → Manufacturing → Shipping.

Advance payment is required for custom-made products.
The manufacturing period varies depending on the current production situation, so please inquire.
For distant customers, online measurements are also available.

No, we are a manufacturer of wheelchairs and stretchers.

Can I purchase your products directly when I travel to Japan?

Yes, you can.
We will send it to your hotel, but please confirm the following conditions:

  1. Please select your desired model, size, and seat color from the catalog in advance.
  2. Please be sure to contact us at least two weeks before your stay.
  3. We will send the product after confirming payment of the invoice.
    • MP brand (active wheelchairs) are not eligible for this service as measurements and manufacturing take several months.
    • No warranty period is provided as Japanese specifications products will be used overseas.
    • Please note that if there is no stock, you cannot purchase the product.

Can you ship directly overseas from Japan?

Generally, we do not export directly.
We will introduce you to our local distributors who handle our products.
If there is no distributor network, direct shipment may be possible if certain conditions are met, so please inquire.

Repair support is basically available only within Japan.
In some cases, local support may be available if there is a distributor in the country concerned.
